Requirements: 

• Good communication skills and excellent customer service along with professional demeanor
• Must be reliable, trustworthy and work well with others
• Must feel comfortable helping customers find the perfect fit 
• Motivated to meet goals and expectations 
• Willing and able to manage the fitting process
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and able to withstand being on your feet for extended periods 

Job Overview: 

Speak and greet customers as they enter the store, assist them to find the perfect fit, and check out customers when they are done shopping with us. You will be asked to help with daily tasks such as putting up inventory, sizing and ticketing new items, hanging new merchandise, completing inventory, and restocking the floor. We expect everyone to help with all activities, be punctual, and be able to multitask. We must be able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, Retail customer experience is preferred but not required.
