In-Store Return Policy

We will be glad to exchange or offer store credit within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt. Must not be a sale item, panties, shapewear/hosiery, adhesive product, swimwear, or wig. 

All sale items are considered a final sale.

Online Return Policy

All sale items are considered a final sale.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the package to return via mail to exchange or receive a refund. Refunds will be given to the method of payment but a restocking fee will be applied. The cost of the restocking fee will be 15% of the items cost. If you would like to do an exchange, there will be no restocking fee. 

Customer is responsible for return postage.

Shipping 

Most orders will leave our store in 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed, we will contact you by email. 

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more. Orders less than $200 are shipped flat rate USPS in the Continental United States at a rate of $10.
